Dual personality

Apparently we are having some of the hottest days ever recorded here in Nairobi. And it sure feels like it when you are driving through town. But we are now out of the sun, sitting in the house with all of the windows and doors open and there is a lovely breeze moving the air around...it is such a pleasant afternoon!

The campaigns are heating up as well. One more week before guys go to the polls. Predictions are that there will be a run-off which would mean yet another 30 days of 'anxiety'. Wealthy people stock up on food, poor people are planning how to evacuate quickly ... and young people like Njambi carry on without a care in the world.

It is great to be young! Today Njambi has decided that she is both Njambi and Daniel. The name tags are given in Sunday school and are a great way for the teachers to identify the kids. Daniel is warming up to Sunday school but it will still be a long time before he can be left alone...
