Blossom beginning

A wet walk through the gardens, trying out my new (budget level) 50mm lens. Aside from anything else I love how light and small it makes the camera. And it felt good to try different angles and approaches rather than relying upon a zoom option to bring everything into focus.

There was a lovely sense that spring is approaching; buds appearing, blossom beginning to show.
