A place to cogitate

Nice Sunday morning but sleeting fairly heavily at times and temp is about 1.5ºC so, pretty cool!
Strolled along the cliffs with the dogs and of course it is still nice, just different.
A cliff walk is fairly strenuous as the south coast comprises lots of valleys which go down from 300ft to almost sea level so, it is very up and down...good exercise!
Kindly, the Guernsey States have provided nice benches at regular intervals and in nice weather you will usually see someone sitting, often tourists resting, sometimes picnicking or just enjoying the view.
It is very pleasant at any time but of course so much nicer in sunshine.
No1 son's birthday today so, out for lunch..today we were to blip the Birthday Pop Cakes all decorated but as usual...time was against us!
Can't believe it is 32 years since he first appeared in the Maternity wing of Dunfermline Hospital in Fife..it has flown by!
Funnily enough we remember lots of daffodils in bloom in the hospital grounds at the time, amazing how some things stick in your memory!
8-)
