St Botolph's Church...

...not quite the same blip as yesterday.

Still electing to avoid muddy paths we had a walk along Bowsers Lane off the old RAF Little Walden aerodrome. If you persevere it will eventually bring you out at Ashdon, we didn't go quite that far. On the way home we stopped at St Botolph's in Hadstock to take another photo, this time with large format film. Just how Herbert George Ponting managed on Scott's expedition I can't imagine. The temperature today was a balmy 2°C and my fingers were tingling with cold and I found it difficult to manage the camera.


Even so I'm pleased with this image and glad we went..,

MPP Micro Technical 5 x 4 and Schneider Kreuznach Xenar 1:4.5/150mm, Fomapan 200, f32 at 1/25 sec.  Scanned with Epson Perfection V800.
