Baguette

I have baked our bread for over a decade with just a bowl, two hands & an oven. The one disappointment has been baguettes. Not quite as good as I can buy.
So I ordered a tray specifically designed for baking baguettes. By god they were superb. There may indeed have been a cheeses fest.
I may be making more tomorrow.
Should be good dreams tonight.
