The life & times of Jacks

Wendover Woods on a Winter's Day

On the final day of 2020 we had a relatively early morning waking at 7-ish to see to Phoebs and then a coffee/ tea and a spot of reading in bed.

We then planned a nice walk in Wendover Woods.  I love it there and with the cold and frosty fog it was incredibly dreamy.  Phoebe had such a lot of fun running about in the crispy leaves and while you couldn't see too far in front of you the fog weaving in and out of the woods had a dreamy ethereal feel.

In the afternoon I was practicing some photoshop stuff having recently bought a book called "Photoshop for Lightroom users" - incredibly well written and the whole afternoon was lost to it.  I probably should have been writing my ethics application for my upcoming research project but that can be Saturdays job.

We have some steaks planned for dinner this evening and with the current pandemic raging the South East of England, we will cosy up, just the two of us and have a quiet one.

Happy New Year to you all when it comes.
