Emus

Gratitude Project Day 367.

Today I am grateful for a special sighting of the young emus with the father in the paddock in front of the house. 5 left from more than 10 when we saw them for the first time when they were about knee high.

A peaceful start to the first day of the year, watching birds busily feeding babies and building nests. A walk and some yoga planned for the afternoon but no firm plans for anything else today.
