Mussel lines

On show at the oyster shop where we buy bags of green lipped mussels to bring home to cook for dinner. When we fish at the mussel farms we only see the buoy floating and tied to the ropes with the dangling lines housing the growing mussels. We took our bag of mussels home and made mussel fritters for dinner.
