Amber

Five years ago an amber necklace was found on a dig near this spot; the first of its kind in the North West of England. Dating back four thousand years, it was the ultimate status symbol of the day.

I laid hands on treasure of my own today, a red Finnish enamel coffee pot, a design classic from the 1950s. They go for silly money on ebay, ten times what I paid on the 'vintage' market stall. It's a keeper. I don't have a addiction to coffee pots as well as tea pots. It'll go with the blue one.
