More winter blues

I had a wee wander along the canal today. It was surprisingly cold, not that it had put off many eager walkers. I'm enjoyng today more than yesterday, because it's Saturday, and there is football on. I know that's sad, but these days we need all the escapism we can get. From the age of eight, I've loved watchin,g or as today, listening to football. The only sport that  can rise above it for me is athletics at the highest level.
