Let's be Frank

Young Frank is a keen member of our local parkrun group. He might be a bit older than me, but he still moves quicker than I do (even with his stick).
The organised run may have been suspended, but Frank still pops down on Saturdays to encourage the runners and have a (socially distanced) chat.
