Butter wouldn't melt

Spent most of today in the garden - doing all the cutting and clearing we should have done in the autumn. The garden will be hard to maintain this year due to the spaniels. They followed our lead this afternoon, digging up as many plants as they could and then charged about tearing up the grass.
