Christmas ornament?

I struggle to find the correct description as this is not what you'd call an ornament, more an animated and musical figure bought to amuse our Grandchildren many years ago, but suitable for today's purpose. Thanks to LoisBiz for hosting - a time to remember Admirer and others who left us last year.
