Feijoada

Feijoada with farofa, and a slice of sourdough.

It seems making sourdough was an obligatory first for those of us previously uninitiated in 2020. I got mine in under the wire on December 31 and we have been enjoying it ever since... though this is the first slice that has made it to a blip. It is not a particularly traditional accompaniment to feijoada, which is starchy enough on its own, but I made two loaves that need finishing.
