Hauxton Mill

Early Blip today went for my usual walk this morning and thought I should try for a picture of the mill before spring and the leaves start to come out on the trees. My usual walk takes me across the bridge in front of the green doors.
It has been derelict for many years but now a developer had brought it and is planning to make it into start up laboratories this is a good area for that sort of thing. They are said to be including a caffe in the section behind the green doors above the sluice that would be a great place to call in on my walks.
