Groundhog Day! Two online lectures recorded, four more to go, for my fourth year module. At least I now know what I am doing with the technology

After sitting much of the day I decided to renew my subscription to ifit and get back on my bike. I did a 5 mile route alongside the coast of Portugal and feel better for it - interestingly it was close to a meeting I went too many years ago when I was just getting into boron doped diamond research

This time last year I was in Joshua tree California - my last trip on a plane.
