Duck!

Out for another stroll today, ignoring the sair feet and cold nose, found this family of ducks on the River Devon, and got wondering how come they have a duckling in tow at this time of year?  Maybe confused by the climate changes, but hopefully they will all make it through the next two months, which are generally our coldest spell here.
