Sunset

It’s been sunny all day here but it’s still cold. I got this shot as the colours were so striking I have been quite busy today. It’s laundry day, and I also made vegan cauliflower soup - not because I’m vegan, but because I wanted to cut dairy out of my diet for a month as a test. Being on a vegan roll, I then decided to make some vegan shortbread. I haven’t tried either yet.
