One 'o they kwitch things

This quiche, tonight's supper, comes from the Sutor Creek deli in Cromarty. But over 30 years ago we were in a French motorway service station cafeteria. In front of us in the queue was a group of Lancashire OAPs on a  coach tour.

"'Ere, Muriel, look! It's one o' they kwitch things."  In our house they've been kwitch things ever since. And I've even got the deli saying it now. Their kwitches are better than a motorway service station though.
