In the Making

It was on it’s way to being soup but still just an onion, cabbage & beetroot stew at this point. The addition of various other bits and bobs followed but it was missing something; a big pot of mashed spuds obviously. Turned out OK if a bit on the seriously hot side - a large dollop of soothing yogurt will be needed in every bowl!
