Alder

Spring signs ..  thinking this is alder. It's hard by Adobe Creek, in a place which has had water all year. 

Long ride in the morning - when I set out it was cloudy, but the hills had cold fog, so much that it condensed on my glasses. Too damp and obscure for any pictures, so you get another tree from our afternoon walk, by when there were patches of blue sky.
