A Beautiful Day

Today's main feature was the unexpected but totally welcome beautiful sunshine and clear blue skies after days and days of relentless grey. It seems that everyone came out to enjoy such a wonderful day - even this flower and friend seem to be basking in the sun.

Walking with Connie-Dog while listening to the Audio book of Michael McIntyre's autobiography (great fun) was my afternoon pleasure after a satisfying morning of study-work-reading. A gentle evening of good company and delicious dinner (thank you Mine Host and friends) wrapped up a beautiful day.
