It used to be a nice walk

A lot of money was spent on this road.

It’s next to the river and is a lovely walk, really. Apart from the burnt buildings with the graffiti and the many trollies and cones in the mud. And the broken pavements and damaged playground. And the dog poo.

Why do people always throw trollies and cones into rivers?
