Scotland 12, Ireland 8

Another Scotland win at Murrayfield. Well, sort of. The referee interfered so much in the game right from the start that it was dominated by penalties, and Laidlaw's reliable boot slotted 4, trumping one pentaly and one try (shown) for Ireland.

In the first half it looked like Scotland were utterly doomed, but solid defence and reliable kicking somehow snatched a win. The atmostphere was electric in the second half - I'm glad I went.

It would still have been nice to see some more tries - it's a bit sad that there isn't a Scottish one for me to blip...
