Curtis messaged me just after the PM announcement about lockdown to ask me for my interpretation of the announcement.

It was that he is unable to work from home so was allowed to travel to work and that travelling to obtain services relating to animal welfare was permitted so I was permitted to travel.to him.

We agreed that I would attend my 7.30am appointment. I advised that I would hand over Roo at the gate and remain in my car for the duration of my appointment as I had spent time inside with other households in the last 7 days.

I kept a look out for his return in my car mirror.
