Chicken and Pasta

Spice rubbed chicken breast, spaghetti with Colatura di Alici, and peas.

I’ve been wanting to try this pasta recipe for a while, but its primary flavor is from an Italian fish sauce (a descendant of Roman garum), which is not something my husband would like at all. I finally made it for myself and prepared an olive oil and garlic sauce for him. I rather enjoyed it.
