Monochrome

Very monochrome day today. Woke to a freezing fog which lifted, but the clouds remained. No sun, but lots of lovely frost that fastened everywhere.

The extra shows the gravel football pitch down the road from our house that is flooded and turned into an ice rink every year when the temperature drops low enough.
