"Call Me Madam"

This week I had the pleasure (or pain) of performing in the Bohemians Lyric Opera Co's production of "Call Me Madam" (Music and Lyrics by Irving Berlin) at the King's Theatre, Edinburgh  - my first foray into amataur dramtics since school days.
Wikipedia states "The musical 'Call Me Madam' is a satire on politics and foreign policy that spoofs postwar America's penchant for lending billions of dollars to needy countries. It centers on Sally Adams, a well-meaning but ill-informed socialite widow, who is appointed United States Ambassador to the fictional European country of Lichtenburg. Signs in Lichtenburg are written in German, and inhabitants wear traditional Bavarian costume. While there, she charms the local gentry, especially Cosmo Constantine, while her press attaché Kenneth Gibson falls in love with Princess Maria."    I played the Prime Minister of Lichtenburg Sebastian Sebastian - it was a small part, so I doubled as chorus boy.
