Snowflake

We woke up to an almost white garden this morning. The snow was falling so finely and gently it was magical. It made a calm changing from following the awful news from the US as it unfolded last night and during the early hours.

When I found this snowflake I thought I would get a clearer shot with the tripod but I think it had melted a bit so I'll put up this hand-held one and try to perfect it another day.
