Om and Ahh....

One week of daily yoga!   Working on that core to keep me upright in this icy weather! 

Caught a lovely Beeb series, "Winter Walks".   Richard Coles's walk ends at Rievaulx Abbey and Simon Armitage's at Robin Hood's Bay.  We did some great walks in the area in September and it looks terrific in the winter too.  

Listened to a couple of new albums - Bruce Springsteen's "Letter to You" and Tom Petty's "Wildflowers & All the Rest" (all 25 songs from the original 1994 recording sessions).
