Bird on a cold, clay roof

A light fall of snow overnight which makes the “toadstool” house, that we won in a raffle a couple of years ago, look rather seasonal.
The birds are desperate for food just now, and water.
One of DT supporters said he had made so many sacrifices to be president.
I wonder what they were!
Not his golf anyway!!
