Open

One of our freshcoolingwaterpumps makes more noise than the other one. We did check the alignmnent between electric motor and pump and did not find misalignment.
But: we do not trust one of the ball bearings of the pump; it's really noisy.
So: we decided to open it up.
The pump was manufactured in 1950 and was overhauled about 8 years ago by the continuance of the original company. (Nijhuis)
