Trying out the monochrome on the Canon Eos. The gulls seemed an ideal subject.  Although they can be a pest in the summer I do feel a bit sorry for them come winter time, they always look  so mournful. Still, they  have each other and they don't have to socially distance! 

It was grey  and still this morning. Later on as I walked home the sun came out - an unexpected bonus.
