Boats on the beach

Went out for a trip to the Recycling Centre to get rid of garden refuse and other sundries and then popped into Tesco's to try and get a replacement light bulb. Does anyone else have the same problems with the low-energy bulbs as we do? Trying to find equivalents of the old wattage bulbs seems virtually impossible. We bought one in the end but it was equivalent to 25 watt and we wanted 40 watt!

Went down to the beach on the way back home and took a few photos. It was absolutely freezing down there and the light was awful. Anyway, I managed to catch this shot with the seagull in - and with a lot of increasing of the exposure it has turned into a decent shot I think.
