The Red Road Flats

This is what is currently left of the Red Road Flats, situated in Glasgow's North Side. These 28 and 31 storey blocks were once the highest in Europe.

Build in the 60's, to house 4700 residents, the first stage of their demolition took place last year. All remaining blocks will also be demolished over the next few years.

Windows have already been removed from two of them and you can clearly see through the remaining structures.
