Into work for irresponsible training on the very day I read that 1 in 30 are COVID positive in London.
Even though the trainers sent about 14 people away as there were too many people to even fit in the gym 1metre apart there were still 24 of us and 4 trainers.
28 people in a room, hands on each other, shared equipment, partnered up, windows closed. Physical exertion and encouraged to shout verbal commands. Wrestling with multiple others on the ground.

We had masks, gloves, and hand sanitiser.

I remain furious this whole day went ahead.
