Winter Views

We slept in this morning, so after a late breakfast we went for a walk at the Newt, persuading Stan to com3 with us to get some air .
Luckily the Newt has stayed open for local people and although there were lots of families taking advantage, it wasn’t busy .

Only one sighting of the deer today but did spot my first violet.

I cooked a recipe from the 800:easy cookbook by Michael Moseley’s wife - Chicken Katsu Curry for dinner - easy and tasty - no words of praise from the resident chef though !! :))
