UFO

The stick-like UFO near the top has deployed a tractor beam which has lifted black-headed gulls into the sky with no effort on their behalf.
However, the one on the right must be shielding and has therefore had to exert its own alar power to get airborne.

The warmer weather today has started to melt the ice again. I understand that yesterday, ice-skaters could be seen exercising here though I didn't visit the park myself.
