Chapter 5 Cut Backs

The weather was much milder today, such a contrast to the minus temperatures of the last week.

The snow had all but gone so the opportunity was at here today to cut back the ivy that has grown wild around, through and over our fence.

It’s one of these moments when it has always been growing but I’d never noticed. Then I realised the importance of paying attention and keeping on top of things before it’s out of control.

A good days work done.
