Free to air?

I went for my daily walk this morning and passed this tv on the pavement.  I imagine that it has been dumped and I can't see anyone wanting to adopt it.  It should have been taken to the Recycling Centre which is open despite the lockdown.

I made some soup this morning then went food shopping  this afternoon.  It was very quiet which is why we go on a Monday.
