Another long day of phonecalls (automated) doing my best to sort my aunties affairs and being passed from one office back to the other and back again, hung up on and basically ending up where I began. When i finally got to the point of almost, almost, speaking to our local bank and trying to get a face to face or rather mask to mask appointment, it was 2mins to 2pm and was told they closed at 2pm. I guess tomorrow is going to be another Groundhog day!
