Healthy Stuff

Day 1 of our Booster and I have to say that we eat pretty well on this programme. Dinner was beef and cauliflower patties, which could entail a bit of work to chop the cauliflower into crumbs but we have a kitchen gadget for everything! I had a bit of an appetite after doing my Tabata exercises, the app taking great delight telling me I hadn’t worked out for 42 days. My muscles would have let me know that anyway and I’m expecting a wee reminder from them tomorrow.
The Extra is my latest kitchen artwork. Washed up already.
