Back ‘on it’

To get in the zone the minute I got up put my workout gear on. I have been procrastinating for a couple of weeks and decided on Sunday night ‘no more’.

What amazing is how much you lose the stamina and strength in such a relatively short time. I managed to pick up heavier dumbells in Aldi but didn’t use them whereas 3 weeks ago I needed them!! This morning 24 hours later my muscles are pretty achy. Good!

Also out for a power walk later on , Carcassone, then Homeland.

Routine is everything atm.
