Training

Had a day off work today so spent the morning dog walking and practising for this week's concert which includes Beethoven 7 which has busy horn parts and is pretty tiring.
However the afternoon was given over to squash training which was fun, exhausting and has left me very stiff and sore. But I wouldn't have it any other way.
And if that wasn't enough, the North American Open has started on squashtv! Whoop!!
