First batch.

Started yesterday and finished today, my first batch of marmalade, kind of family tradition, my mother always produced enough for everyone's breakfast throughout the year. This batch followed her recipe exactly using granulated sugar meaning it is a light colour, I prefer Demerara sugar making it darker and slightly richer. I'm also intending to make some with whiskey added.

Lots of weeding today but the soil is rather sticky, just like the marmalade!
