Essential headgear with glasses

Very unflattering early wet run in the rain.. Enjoyed it didn't have to wipe the glasses until 5k in!! 7.5 k total, Just hopingI don't see anyone I know! Red January for Mind mental health in full flow now.. Hence the red overload!

I bought this wonderful hat Brighton Marathon weekend, gives sun protection and rain!! it was pricey but today I said I'm glad I did!!

A grey rainy day, only main side effect of Vaccine feels like someone has given me a dead arm... I can live with that..
