To Restore the Soul

I am falling behind due to moving house issues. So this is from my lovely Penny. on her soul restoring walk in the Haagse Bos. I have a feeling that 'bos' is something to do with wood or woody or similar. If that is right then there is evidence (house mov v stressful). Hope all ok with you all.
