Algerian Iris.

These are such beautiful little plants, sitting in a scruffy nest of leaves in the harshest of conditions for most of the year then, in the depths of winter, out pops a delicate, vibrant coloured flower.

Today was a day of two halves, wet and warm on the morning then dry with a biting wind in the afternoon.

Yoga this evening was physically tough, I'll have sore muscles in the morning!
