The new stained glass window.

The window that we started before Christmas is now more than half done. The bit in the middle is clear because I still want to be able to see out of the window. The edges are all bits of glass that I had lying about the house. The blue and the yellow pieces were already cut for another project that I never finished. I am hoping we can get on a bit quicker now we know what we are doing.
The tawny owls are hooting. A male and female call to each other. She calls t'wit and he replies with the woo. When they start it keeps me awake because although it's not loud when I hear the first part of the call I then wait for the reply. Sometimes there's quite a gap.
