Booked out

I hope you are not planning to visit Old Government House on Sunday for afternoon tea.  We're booked out!  For the first time, we're booked out!!

There'll be tables on the terrace and everything, because the weather is perfect.  That means we'll gross $200 from tea and tours alone - and then there will be the walk-ins. 

So happy to be making money at last.
